I am a new patient at New Albany Family Dentistry. Before I even went in for my first checkup I had a crown come off 2 days before New Years. I called the office and got a message that they were closed for the holidays. I then called the emergency number and through the office manager my situation was relayed to Dr. Backiewicz. He agreed to meet me at the office on his day off and re-cement my crown. That really made my year. I knew that I had choosen a great dentist.
