Meet the Team

Amy Dingess, Office Manager
In 2002, Amy joined our team as the office manager. Helping our patients reach their goals and being part of such a positive group makes it easy for Amy to come to work everyday. She and her husband have two daughters, Courtney and Reagan, and two dogs, Gizmo and Cozmo. Away from the office, Amy likes watching her daughters’ sporting activities and spending time with family and friends.

Tia Tennant, Front Office Staff
As a member of our team, Tia, loves the atmosphere in our practice and the diverse group of patients we see. Tia and her husband Mike have a son, Blake, a daughter, McKinley, and a dog named Hayes. To relax, Tia enjoys spending time with her family, especially watching Ohio State football.

Laura Morris, Dental Hygienist
Since she graduated from Rhodes State College 10 years ago, Laura has worked in our practice. In this time, Laura has built a rapport with our patients, joyfully watching as our younger clients have grown into adulthood. Laura is married to Michael. Their family includes daughter Amelia and Riley, a black lab mix. Traveling, gardening, and reading are some of Laura’s favorite activities. Recently, she started a hair accessories business.

Tiffany Hodge, Dental Assistant/Office Assistant
As our dental and office assistant, Tiffany prides herself on delivering a high level of care and personal attention to each patient. In June 2005, Tiffany married husband, Rob, and they live in Westerville. Her hobbies include camping, attending sporting events, and vacationing.

Nicole Vari, Dental Hygienist
Nicole joined New Albany Family Dentistry as a hygienist in 2009. She has a BS degree in dental hygiene from the Ohio State University, where she graduated Cum Laude. Licensed to administer local anesthesia, Nicole is dedicated to providing comfortable, high-quality care to our patients. Nicole and husband, Tony, have three daughters, Katelyn, Hailey, and Aliah. In their free time, they enjoy spending time together, enjoying the outdoors, and Ohio State sporting events.
